Small Group Class:
Reformer, Tower, and Mat
A mix of strength training exercises. Pulling ropes and springs with tension from the tower and reformer; working against gravity for ultimate core work on the mat converter.
Intro to Group Classes:
This private session is strongly encouraged before taking a group class. We will go over your personal settings, on the reformer and tower, for the length of your torso and limbs. You will learn how to get an imprint, using only your abs when both legs are up, to get the most out of each exercise and to prevent injuries.

Private Session:
A one-on-one session tailored to your needs, goals, and body mechanics.
Duet Session:
A duet session involves two clients working simultaneously. Each session is tailored to meet both participants’ fitness levels, goals, and any physical limitations, making it an effective and engaging way to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness together.
Virtual Private Session:
A one-on-one session in the comfort of your home with or without equipment.
